The Critical Site
Network Tool

This tool is still under development through the Wings Over Wetlands (also knowns as the UNEP-GEF African Eurasian Flyway) Project. It aims to support site managers, national authorities and international organisations to obtain information about the critical sites for waterbird species in the Africa-Eurasian region and thus it directly supports the implementation of the African-Eurasian Waterbird Agreement and the Ramsar Convention, but it is also relevant in the context of the EU Birds Directive and the Bern Convention's Emerald Network.
